Had a sewage back up and called Terry's. They ran a camera snake through the system and told me my pipes were clogged under the basement floor and the floor would have to be jackhammered and the pipes replaced at a cost of $6000! I had to pay $400 for their time (about 2 hours).\r

I was about to go for it and at the last minute decided on getting a second opinion. Another plumber came out and charged me $65 to snake the lines. Problem solved! I complained to Terrry's about the $400 I wasted and was rudely told I was paying for their time. Really? I thought I was paying for their expertise. Since what I actually received was either an attempted rip-off or incompetence, I wanted at least some of my money back. No dice. Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent.
