I was referred by my brother who used to work there. The service was great. We had a few problems later on, but they were worked out. Charlie and the staff in the service department were always polite, even when they damaged something and I got upset. I refer everyone there, and I even referred The Chattanooga Bike share people(Jeremy Pomp) there to purchase a cargo van. Which they did.\r
If I need a new Nissan, I will come there. They did replace an oil plug in my car and did not use the right one, and it leaks. They could use plumbing tape and I think it would do fine. i just can't afford right now to come and get it done, as I have been ill, and am a fixed income.\r
