Review content:
They were recommended to me by my electrician. I called them up and they got back to me quickly, then came out and assessed situation. They said when they would be out to replace unit, and called before to confirm that they would be out and let me know how long the job would take. They said it would take a day and a half, but they were concerned about leaving me without heat. They said they would get it to the point where I would have heat overnight and then come finish the job the next day, and that's exactly what they did. After they finished the job they called to make sure everything was alright, which it has been.
