Chrissy the owner is NOT professional. She will tell you that she can get your hair a certain way, but she takes a while to attempt to get it that way, and when confronted takes offense to it. She says color isn't an exact science yet she was doing the same thing at her former employment and it was fine. The last time I visited it was brass orange roots. She told me she would fix it. I'm a CPA I couldn't do it that week. Told her we could wait until the following week or next appt. She never got back to me. I get a call from her salon on 2/20 telling me they will see me at 12:30. I drive there and she tells me she was upset with my message and now she decided NOT to FIX what she did. No refund, and thought it was okay that I drive a long distance --take time away from my own clients by not booking --thinking it takes 2 plus hours to do my hair, all for her to tell me won't fix it. I lost out on work because she didn't call to tell me not to come in and I have phone records to prove it....they actually as I said confirmed my appt. So I lost wages, she didn't fix my hair...and didn't want to call. She said she rather tell me in person? At an obvious loss of wages myself. I have got it fixed by a local salon in Milford who did EXACTLY what I wanted. They said that she was just looking to get more money from me, which she was. She is an owner who is nice to your face but I have been there when someone makes an appt, and then as they leave she is like ""did you see the girl's teeth, man they need work."" Stay away, total con.
