Review content:
I had made reservations for lunch and when we got there, there was no host to be found. After about 5 minutes, someone came by and told us that there was a five minute wait (despite the fact that the restaurant was only half full). We said ok and went into the foyer to wait. As we were waiting several other guests came and were told they would have to wait ""a couple of minutes"" as well. We all exchanged funny looks with each other as he did not ask for our names, we could all see that there were PLENTY of open tables, and we were give NO explanations for why we were waiting. About fifteen minutes later, we decided to leave (as did about 8 other people). I was really looking forward to a Patina meal too. :(\r
I agree with several other reviewers on various websites who mentioned that this restaurant has terrible management and as a result they are probably losing a lot of business.
