Review content:
I've gone to Dr. Sundberg for dental care for 2 years and I will NOT be going back.
She has horrible staff turnover, even in this economy!! (that's not a good sign)
She talks incessantly and won't shut up. And it is not about what she is doing in your mouth but more about keeping her schedule full or her vacation plans. She is just not very professional.
She is more concerned about keeping her schedule full than taking care of the patient in the char... it is definitely all about making money for her and the care is second, or third.
Her husband is involved in the practice and he seems to be part of the problem.
They don't bill insurance correctly and then you, the patient, is stuck trying to figure things out or with the bill that they won't pay because she and her staff screwed up ...and this could be because of constant turn over.
There are plenty of really good dentists in Portland, save your self some grief and find someone other than Dr. Sundberg!
