Review content:
My experience was horrible. I have been to 5 or 6 different PT practices, and this was the worst. I clearly explained my problem, what methods were used to successfully treat it at the other practices I had been to (I had recently moved to Richmond). However, my therapist put me on a routine that I specifically indicated had caused me pain. I decided to go with it for 2 weeks (I'm not the therapist, you know), and ended up with miserable back pain for the next 3 months. Luckily, when I went back to where I used to live, my old PT agreed to see me on short notice and I stayed for 4 weeks, just so that I could get proper treatment. Later, Richmond PT charged me more than the agreed amount for my insurance copay! Complete hogwash. End result = more pain, less money. Avoid this place.
