Mr. Medina told me 6 times that he would come by my home to refund money for the return of merchandise. Six times he did not show up or call.\r
He over charged for vacuum bags- $35/6 pk when they cost $25.50 and he chged $5/1band whe they cost 3/$4.75. Came by my house and asked if I needed supplies for a vacuum I purchased in July 09. I asked for bags and a band. He would not take ATM/Check, so he would not charge sales tax. That's how he gets around paying sales tax. First time he charged $30/6pk, when he came back for cash payment, he said they cost $35/6pk. I called Kirby HQ to verify cost and was shocked at the descrepancy. He charged me $5 for a band that cost $1.56!!!!!! Medina said he charged that amt because he delivers-his store front says FREE DELIVERY! BESIDES THAT, HE CAME TO MY HOUSE, I DID NOT CALL HIM. The economy is bad and he has to make a profit-understood. Fair pricing is what customers want and a business man who knows how to keep his word. Mr. Medina has had negative reports w/BBB for similar grievances. I checked. I'll never do business w/this Kirby dealership again. It's much better to order from the Kirby HQs. 1/2 star
