WJ Bank Glass Co. is staffed by reliable and knowledgable family members who are very helpful. When I needed to replace a small piece of glass in a very old ceiling light, they helped my pick a style that would look contemporary, but not out of place in my 1950's style house.
They did not overcharge for cutting the piece -- and given how much time they spent with me -- they are obviously very concerned with helping their customers get the right solution rather than just making a quick sale.
