Took my truck there for passenger door damage. Dealt with a technician named Donny. After several weeks, Donny called me and had me come pick up my truck. He replaced the door, and it looked good. However, Donny pointed out to me that I had a few scratches on my tint, and that he would correct the issue if I brought the truck back in..all for free, and would be taken care of while I waited.. That sounded great, so the plan was to bring my truck back in a few days. As I drove off, lo and behold, I spotted a GIANT CRACK on my dashboard, that was not there before I brought my truck in. I immediately called Donny back, and he asked me to bring the truck back, and he would fix both the dash, and the scratched tint. I brought the truck back to Donny, Fortunately, I have a second car that I could drive while he repaired my truck, as he said it would take at least a week to get the part to fix it. One week turned into 2, and I called to check the status..Donny explained that he was going in for surgery (didn't offer me another technician to fix the truck) and said it would be at least another week to get back to repairing the truck. I then gave him 2 WEEKS just to be on the safe side. So at this point, it was almost 3 to 4 weeks since the beginning of this ordeal. For the next 2 weeks or so, Donny kept stalling, by telling me that the replacement part for my dash hadn't arrived. I waited for that period, and 5 weeks into this, the lease to my apartment ended and I had to get my truck to move. DONNY STILL HADN'T REPAIRED THE PROBLEM, AFTER 5 WEEKS. After we moved, I called Service King one more time, and the operator put me onto Donny's voicemail, and I politely asked him to call me back to discuss getting the vehicle fixed. DONNY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYBODY USES THIS BUSINESS.
