Jeff Zehnder was a dream to work with. He was flexible in scheduling both the initial inspection and the re-inspection following repairs. He was extremely thorough in his report and timely in giving us the result. He took great care to make sure we fully understood every aspect of it. Jeff was always available to answer follow-up questions. With his experience as a general contractor and as a rental property owner, he was also able to give us terrific insights into repairs, future property maintenance, and things we wouldn't have known to expect. Our realtor has already recommended Jeff Zehnder to other parties, and any time we're given a chance to do so we will. We will also definitely work with Jeff on any future real estate purchases. Jeff is most highly recommended in every way.
