Review content:
The first time I went there the education we received on our hot tub was great. The house we bought came with a Tiger River Spa and didnt know anything about it. We purchased a lot of supplies. I later found the same supplies online for half the cost and before I opened them I tried to take them back for a refund. They don't accept refunds on any unopened chemicals or equipment. If you insist enough they may give you a store credit which we got but it was a hassle. Also another time my spa seemed to stop working. I called and explained the problem and the first diagnosis they came up with is that I could have very well burnt out the motor which would cost more then the entire hot tub cost. I later found out that all I needed was a new filter.I know they do free water testing which is a plus but I just don't trust a business that won't at least try to have competitive pricing or accept returns on their own merchandise. Also, when I had the problem initially with the jets not working it would have cost about $90 for someone to come out and just look at it and at that time she thought it may be beyond repair. That is why I unplugged the power source and plugged it back in and changed the filter and there was no problem. Pros: Free water testing/analysis Cons: Rip off on chemicals and products, automatically thinks problems are worse case scenarios
