December 13, 2012, Craig Harris came to our house to repair our microwave oven. He was prompt, friendly, and did an assessment of our problem. He then explained what was wrong and how he would have to get a part at the warehouse to correct the problem. He got the part,called back like he he said he would and then repaired the microwave. He was a very good representative for your company. We were very pleased with the whole process. Thank you.
