Our family has been with Dr. LaSelle for 10 years now. Never had a problem and Dr. Tom has gone out of his way several times for us. When a tooth repair eventually failed (after we were warned it was a likely outcome) he refunded ALL the money we spent on that tooth and applied it to the bridgework we had to have done. Dr. Tom can be a little "gruff" on his chair-side manner, but I appreciate his directness. And, he has a good sense of humor to boot!
Dr. Grotenhuis was the "on call" doc on two weekends when we needed emergency work done and he was fantastic as well - prompt, curteous and willing to take his time on the work on a Saturday morning!
All of the hygienists are pleasant and very skilled.
The front office staff are wonderful to work with and very pleasant to talk with. Very knowledgeable about insurance and the procedures and always looking out for your interests in getting the most out of your insurance. And always up front about what is going to be your out of pocket costs, so you know what you are going to have to pay before you start treatment.
It is rare that your appointment does not start on time.
