I had the same experience as the review before mine. I am an XL or 1X and they had no interest in helping me (after looking me up and down) to find something appropriate to exchange my husbands birthday gift he had bought me. They would only offer me in-store credit. When I explained to them that they clearly didn't have anything for me, they said that I would need to have my husband come back in and get a refund because he had used his card for the purchase. Thier attitude made the whole interaction VERY EMBARRASSING in front of a crowd of customers trying to make their way up to the counter to do their business. Will never go back or recommend to anyone! As a matter of fact, I'll do the opposite.
