Review content:
The JC Penney that is located within the Oxford Valley Mall is the worst JC Penney that I have ever been to. The service in this store is terrible. I could not believe how hard it was to find a competent cashier that knew how to work the register. The store also seemed to be a bit messy by my standards, a lot of the inventory was falling off of the hangers and onto the floor. I think that was my last visit to that location.
