Review content:
I thought an outlet would be priced a whole lot better than the prices I saw here at The Paper Factory. Their selection here looked like it could use a better inventory also and the store did not look like it would stay in business much longer. The staff is minute and the store could use a good cleaning. I'm not sure I would go here again unless I really need something at which point I think I would find myself at a party supply store...
