Hello everyone, my name is Sal\r
I would like to tell everyone about this wonderful hair salon. This place is wonderful no stress just a wonderful environment & great people when I first came into the store I was skeptical about what my friends & family were telling me about this store they told me they make you feel like you are at home, offer you coffee & pastry the conversation is always fun. I had to see it for myself because we all know how we are treated when we go to a salon or barber everyone has experienced the rudeness at one time in their life and if the salon or barber was not rude you were dragged into the drama among staff. \r
I finally decided to check out this place and you know what my friends & family have been saying about E’lan Hair Studio is true it was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had while getting my hair cut. I was asked about 6 or 7 times if I would like a cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water & when they finished getting my coffee (they even made it for me) the person asked me if they could get me something to eat such as cookies & cake. I thought wow this is great but there has to be a catch? I watched and watched every client that walked in had the same treatment and there was no drama the stylist was dedicated to our conversation and I had her full attention when I spoke to her without distractions.\r
I was impressed with this store and how they treat their clients I watched the receptionist helping the elders in and out of the store like they were related. It was nice to see people who care about our seniors and are willing to help them.\r
When I went to the check out and when I was told it was $15.00 for a wash & cut I almost fell over how reasonable there prices were. After paying I was thanked by the receptionist, the stylist, and all of the other staff who were not busy with a client.\r
I have to admit with service like this is hard to find!!!! I think I have found the place I feel comfortable in but now I have to think of a way to tell my family & friends they were right without them telling me I told you so.\r
I would like to tell all the staff at E’lan Hair Studio THANK YOU for making my experience a wonderful one. See everyone soon!\r
