Oddly we've never eaten in house, we always get take out. So I can't tell you about the service although the bartender is always cool.
Despite the Best of on city search - you'll be hard pressed to find a better Italian place in Austin.
The food is excellent. Lasagna that is fantastic and the pizzas are a tastey treat too. We've yet to be disappointed with any of the food we've had from Bellagio's. Be prepared that the price is not cheap, it is a bit expensive here. The food is great but the price do exceed that a bit.
Don't be fooled by people who judge a place by the price tag though, I'm judging it on the excellent food not on someone else's cheapness.
You won't be disappointed.
