Review content:
The experience of an 80-year-old man at Costco. Over two years ago I purchased hearing aids from their store. Not long after my purchase I lost one of the hearing aids. Due to my health I was unable to return to the store before the 24 month replacement warranty expired. When I finally made it back in my warranty was 8 months expired. I explained my situation to the manager, Michael Marderosian. He said he would do everything he could but it was not hopeful. Michael and his secretary Danelda spent a great amount of time researching the fine print to find a way to get me a hearing aid. Only a week later I received a call from Danelda and she told me they were able to get me a new hearing aid for the one I lost, totally free of charge. I picked it up today and couldn’t be happier. The people that work at Costco are a special group, they treated me like I was family.
