My wife purchased a voucher through "Quality" Air over 2 months ago. We were told the next available spot they had was for 2 months later. The morning of their scheduled service, I called them to verify their appointment. They told me they had left a message the night before saying they wouldn't be coming out. (NOT TRUE). Now they want to reschedule for OVER 2 MONTHS later again. When I told my wife, she said the same thing happened to another girl she works with and her appointment. This place is a joke. Left them one star because they don't have zero stars. I'm already frustrated with this company, and they haven't even shown up yet. Not good.
