Review content:
This response is directed to the complaint about not being able to rent a property. The owner makes the decisions on credit, not us. They had poor credit and the owner refused to accept their application. Even though the $30 application fee went to the screening company, I paid them the $30 out of my own pocket trying to end a bad situation on a good note. As a good friend always says ""no good deed goes unpunished"". We have hundreds of happy renters, please contact us for references.
