I have been a customer of the Buffalo Tire for years- and when i saw thet they turned to Tire Kingdom i was very worried that the service would not be the same- i have read many other reviews from TK and was sure my experience would not be good- I gave them a shot and i must say was more than impressed. The place is cleaner then ever and more modern and updated- the customer lounge is friendly and comfortable- the new manager is a young guy that is so energetic and helpful i knew he wanted my business- they kept me informed about my vehcile so i never asked how much longer- they informed me of needs i must address with my car in a proritized way- they did not use scare tactics or force me to buy anything- they showed and stated facts only and let me make my own decisions- I know a lot of old Buffalo customers might not even give them a try but i def encourage one- they will earn you back-- I PROMISE!!!!
