Businiess name:  Dos Reales Mexican Restaurant

Review content:
I love Dos Reales and have been eating there for a few years. One of the reasons that they are my favorite is because they have a separate section on the menu for vegetarian options, which as a vegetarian I greatly appreciate. The burrito and fajitas are what I usually order. One day however, I decided to ask about the beans and rice, just to make sure they didn't contain lard or chicken stock. I know the menu said vegetarian, but I wanted to make absolute sure. Came to find out the rice is made with chicken stock. The manager gave me some lame excuse about 75% of vegetarians eating fish and chicken!!! Come on, get real. Hopefully, they change the recipe or at least change the wording on the menu. They did offer me steamed white rice, but that's not what you really want when eating mexican food. A last word of caution: the server will usually tell you that the rice doesn't contain chicken stock until you press and ask ""are you sure?"". Then they will ask someone and find out the true answer. Pros: delicious food Cons: misleading menu
