Review content:
I used to live on this campground. It was always a huge party. Be sure to call ahead to check the river flow or you might end up walking the river instead of floating. There is a deposit required for renting tubes and rafts, but because people sometimes end up destroying or losing their property. And if you tube the horseshoe yes, you do have to walk a little over a quarter of a mile. But they get so overwhelmed that their shuttles only have time to pick people up from down river. Without a doubt the experience is worth every trouble and expense. Truly the experience is what you make of it. If you go with the mindset that they cater to you, then you will be miserable. But I personally know the staff and their policies. And I also thoroughly enjoyed living there. Pros: A big Party Cons: The river gets really crowded really quick
