Review content:
I heartily agree with the faux-attentiveness of particularly the red haired Hall son. On a recent visit, after the initial handshake greeting and several subsequent pats on my shoulder exuding pretentious graciousness, I offered him a comment on a service issue. He proceeded to tell me that my comments were unjustified. As his arrogance and volume increased, he angrily told me no restaurant in Charleston holds a candle to Hall's Chophouse in terms of client service. He went on to say Hall's doesn't want my business ever again. Whoa! Which faux-gracious nerve did I hit?
I've dined at Hall's perhaps 10 times since they opened. Never again. The food's usually pretty good (as are most steakhouses), I'll gladly take my business elsewhere and do without the insincere, arrogant ,hair trigger pit bull host. In the absence of any further gentility, he then kept thrusting his hand at me to shake while he glared angrily at me.... Um, no thank you.
