We LOVE Drinkwater's City Hall! Now granted, we can get the very same seafood tower with stone crab, king crab, and shrimp at Mastro's or Ocean Club, along with the bone-in filets we always order. However, Drinkwater's City Hall is far, far classier than the other two restaurants. It's quiet, romantic, and the clientele tends more toward the wealthy Arcadia crowd than the phony Scottsdale crowd, meaning most of the men are in suits and ties and the overall atmosphere is very nice. Mastro's and Ocean Club, due to their locations, are unfortunately overrun by north Scottsdale's typical low-class and rude Tommy Bahama crowd. Drinkwater's, on the other hand, is pure class (this certainly is helped by the fact that both the Phoenician and Royal Palms' concierges recommend this restaurant to their affluent guests.)\r \r There's another huge reason we prefer Drinkwater's over the other two, and that's the amazing king crab gnocci side. It's just unbelievable! Delicious, melt-in-your-mouth, cheesy gnocci loaded with prime king crab meat. There's nothing like it - the lobster mashed potatoes that all three locations offer doesn't even begin to compare, so don't miss out on this side! The perfect evening: A romantic dinner at Drinkwater's in our best clothes, complete with seafood tower, steaks, and the crab gnocci. Perfect! Pros: Classier clientle than the typical Scottsdale crowd, best steaks in the world Cons: None - many people would say price, but it's worth every penny and then some
