This review is actually comprised of my experience with Twin and my friend's experience also. I heard about the place online and had been putting off getting a tune-up done. My friend needed his transmission repaired, so I told him about the online ad and he persuaded me to get my work done at the same time as he got his transmission taken care of.\r

Everything went very very well. The prices were very competitive -- and my friend walked away with a 3 year and unlimited mile warranty on his transmission rebuild. I know online they say its the 'best warranty in charlotte' -- well it really is. I and my friend looked around and called a few places before we actually went in. Some guys were cheaper on the price (or the same) but only offered a 6 month warranty or just the standard 2 year. Not to mention the 'unlimited miles' part, no one could match that.\r

So anyways, we went in about the same time and spoke with the guy that actually does the rebuilding work for the transmissions. He explained everything to my friend to a T and went over all the work that would be done. We walked in not really knowing much about the repair, but when we left, we actually understood what he would be doing, the time it would take and then all the new parts that would be used in the repair. I had never been in a automotive place like that before. \r

Usually auto repair shops are pretty dirty and look a little shady, but this place was really nice. It was also really close by where I worked and its near a lot of other places in Matthews / Indian Trail too. I would definately go here again. FIVE STARS -- no, TEN STARS!
Pros: Very clean shop, informative staff, great warranty and price
