This shop doesnt follow the NC Motor Vehicle Repair Act and quotes one price then charges another. They kept my car for a week then refused to repair it when their estimate was $1000 higher than before they started the work. They ignored my requests for a written estimate, as required by law. This shop overcharges and is a waste of time.
