Review content:
This is the best experience I have had with any auto shop in Charlotte. First off, the shop and waiting area is very clean, yet this is a very busy shop. When I walked in, there were several other people inside, two picking up their car and a few waiting for a routine service to be done. Secondly, when I brought my Honda initially to be checked out, the transmission technician took a drive with me to see what the noise was that was talking about and for me to show him the problem i was having with the gears. He reviewed everthing with me in detail and gave me a written repair estimate. I shop around whenever I make a purchase and I must say I am very impressed with this establishment. The price was good, the people are very thorough. They contacted me while the repair was being done and when it was ready for pick up we made arrangements accordingly. I've had my vehicle back now for two months. I am very pleased with everyone. This shop has won a customer for life. I will be sure to share my experience with my family and my friends. I highly reccommend this establishment.\r
