As you can imagine real estate appraisals are a very important component in the overall planning of my client’s estates. I have been using East Coast Appraisal Service exclusively for the past 5 years. Their professional manner and knowledge of just not the property and location but also of the circumstances put them a cut above any other appraisal company I have used in the past.
