Bernie was extraordinarily awesome, let me order my own parts, and gave me a fair deal for repairing the undercarriage, back bumper, and taillight. Fixing the dent in the bumper and replacing the tail light came down to the price of the taillight on amazon and a little for the hour of labor, which was outrageously less then the Toyota dealership's estimate of $700 in parts alone. Thanks, Bernie!
