Joe and MSI just finished a mold remediation job in my HVAC room. They finished on time, on budget, were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. If you've hired as many contractors through the years as i have, you can understand what a rarity that is. I can't speak to how competitive MSI's prices are, but after the initial estimate I was confident enough in Joe's fairness and expertise to not get other bids. Joe and his 2 workers were on time to the job, worked quietly and quickly, cleaned up everything behind them, and did quality work. I could not be happier with their service and would happily hire them again (but hopefully won't ever have to).
