I don’t know just where to start thanking the wonderful staff at Five Boro Mold Removal Specialists for saving what was left of my basement after Hurricane Sandy tore through our neighborhood in October. Our house was just one of the many unfortunate properties to suffer some of the worst flood damage ever. My basement was completely flooded out. We lost nearly everything that we had down there and I was sure that when the water subsided that we would have to condemn it like some of my neighbors. When the water went down my husband and I jumped the gun in thanking our lucky stars that we still had our basement. The floors and walls seemed to stand the test of time. But a few days later, we were truly devastated to see that due to all the moisture that was still down there, mold was beginning to grow. It grew very quickly because by the time my husband made the call to your company, we could not even go down in the basement. The smell was just horrendous and everywhere was blackness. We called you especially because of the fact that you had a Hurricane Sandy hotline. We needed the relief and our insurance company kept dragging their feet on the issue. From the bottom of our hearts we wish to thank you for the support and quick testing, not to mention getting rid of the mold. We are eternally grateful for all that you have done and we will continue to recommend your service to anyone that we know in a similar situation.
