My experience at Moss Bros. Honda was pleasant. I called one time to check if the specific vehicle I was going to buy for my daughter was in stock. Once that was confirmed, I made an offer over the phone. Someone invited me in to help me out, however since I was pressed for time I asked the decision maker to check and decide if they accept my offer; afterwards, I will come to test the car and sign the papers. Sure enough, after a couple phone calls I came with my daughter she tested her dream car and we filled out the papers. Within 1.5 hours my daughter hit the gong and drove away.
