Review content:
I would look into other complexes before stopping at Grogan's Landing. There's coaches galore and I always kept my house very clean. I had my motorcycle stolen one night. It's was 830pm right in front of my apartment . They claimed there was nothing they could do about it, However It was never recovered. They're always cops patrolling by the place because of constant break in's. Although I felt unsafe they couldn't let me out of the lease reguadless and what had happened. Aldo when I was finally able to move out they said I had only paid 100 deposit WTF. I paid 350. Though it had been over a year I had lost my receipt. They knew what the were doing. Just keep driving. When you're looking for somwhere to live, Look for a safe place. Not this place unless you're ex- military and own a gun.
Pros: none you can't get elsewhere
Cons: the crime rate
