Best thing this office can do for their patients is to fire their office manager, Delene Graham.\r

Unacceptable service/care from office management within a top notch physician group. Sad but true!\r

For those of you doing your homework and researching all of your options in the Atlanta area for cosmetic surgery ,I have an important message to share...\r

My experience was about a month ago. The physician was wonderful, very professional & thorough. However the office manager , Delene Graham was a totally different story! She was extremely unprofessional, treated me like a number , neglected to call me back in a timely manner, rude to me on many occasions and very abrupt! \r
I have never been treated in such a way. \r
I have been under stress just debating on how to go about dealing with my ordeal. \r
Apparently this woman feels she is untouchable , with no regard for others ...no respect etc . Therefore after much consideration I decided to write a review so others can make an informed decision regarding where to place your money & trust.\r
This Delene Graham should NOT be working with the public especially in a healthcare environment ! \r
