My son rented an apartment from this business, and had nothing but trouble from them. They were unresponsive when he had exhorbitant heating bills, and since he was not the property owner, the gas company could not even check out the property to see what the problem was. So after a winter of putting the gas bills on the credit card, because he couldn't possibly pay for it, he moved out (last summer). Butzirus STILL has not paid back the safety deposit, and has not responded to attempts through better business bureau.
Pros: Nothing positive
Cons: An expensive lesson - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
