Review content:
My horrible experience with this company was purchasing a Polaris ATV. We went in on Saturday and spoke with a salesman named Rick who was a super nice guy. I guess we came in close to their closing time. There was a lady named Cindy there who was obviously annoyed we were there close to closing time. We test drove an ATV which was on the showroom floor. We were happy with the test drive but wanted a more basic stripped down version. Rick took us to the back storage area and showed us an ATV which was crammed in between a bunch of other ATVs. Due to its location being grid locked in by the other ATVs Rick said he would have to pull all of the vehicles out to let us test drive the stripped down version. We felt comfortable enough with our test drive we decided to make the purchase. Due to the time of day we were asked to come back during the week and finish the paperwork and pick up the ATV. My wife and I who both work could not make it back to the store until around 4:45 each day, fifteen minutes before they closed. Instead of just showing up we called to make sure it would be okay to come in that close to closing. Cindy multiple times told us no because she had to be somewhere after work. Finally after a few days of this we just showed up, finished the paper work and picked up the ATV. After taking the ATV home I found they did not fill up the gas tank as promised. The crusher was the ATV had high miles and hours on it. With ATVS and other motor vehicles you must be very careful during the vehicles first miles to make sure they are broken in properly. I called them about this stating my concern; they did not even understand this concept. After changing their story multiple times their final explanation was that they drive the ATVs outside and then back inside everyday for display. They had been doing this on this vehicle for three months. The miles and hours were not disclosed to us before the purchase. I offered to bring it back and buy a different ATV from them. They would not agree to do this nor would they offer any other solution. Ultimately it just got ugly, they even had the nerve saying I ran up the miles myself. Bottom line between this issue and how they handled themselves in general (especially Cindy) it was my worst experience ever with major purchase. These guys may be adequate selling mowers but not ATVs. Go to a reputable dealer if you are looking for ATVs. After the way I was treated I wouldn't buy a weed whacker from them if it was free.
