we have been with RPMC for a year and have to continie with them since we have animals and very few places allow dogs anymore. We re,eived our new lease and the dates are wrong, the upped our rent and put in a county code stating we can, sign a two year lease, yet that was not part of our first lease. The tile in our bathroom has been falling off since we moved in and, supposedly a work order was put in in April of 2012. Well, the same worker came to the house Friday, tore out all the tile, taped plastic on walls and said he would be back today. We called when he didnt show up and he said it wasnt his problem and he would show up again when RPMC tells him to. I will be going to Montgomery County Renters and Tenants Office tomorrow morning. I emailed RPMC so I have a paper trail but do not expect a reply. When we moved in,our neighbors told us,how, badly the previous tenants were treated but,it was too late by then. By renting with RPMC, you will just be adding a lot of stress on you and your family and spend too much time fighting a lost cause
