This store is understaffed and the staff that is available is under trained. \r

I entered the store when there were no customers and waited at the parts counter 5 minutes for help. When the associate appeared he asked me what I needed and I explained that I had a driver's side view mirror to return because the wrong one was ordered. I then explained that he or someone needed to look at the side view mirror on my car before placing another order so that they ordered the correct one this time around. \r

The associate asked me to wait a moment and then proceeded to help another woman that arrived at the parts counter after he had begun to help me. As he helped her and ignored me, a line of customers formed. After 20 minutes a manager came back to the parts counter and I asked for her assistance. I also told her that I had been waiting for 20 minutes even though I was the first in line to receive service. The manager told me that she did not know what to do and that someone would be in at 2:00 PM that could help me. At this point it was 1:55 PM. I waited until 2:10 PM as the manager and associate continued to ignore me, received a refund for the mirror that I had previously bought and then left the store out of frustration.\r
\r
I will never shop this chain again.\r
Pros: Conveniently located
Cons: Parking lot is filthy
