I'm an avid biker and downhill skier (love Utah and Colorado the best); just moved to San Diego, and want to get involved with other Adult sports San Diego. But when I moved here, I was working to recover from a knee injury that required arthroscopic surgery (the result of a ski accident). So I went to see Murphy Frazier Chiropractic in the Hillcrest/Midtown/Downtown area. They had just started using a new laser therapy that was recommended for post op therapy. I've heard many horror stories about slow recovery times for people like me who had arthroscopic surgery, but I have to say that I was so happy with my recovery time after a series of laser sessions, combined with the more traditional chiropractic adjustments. I recommend Murphy Frazier, esp. their new laser, for conditions that are slow to recover or include a lot of pain and inflammation.
