Review content:
I would have never chosen this filthy place for my grandmothers final services, however, she did and I respected her wishes. She was cremated. I hadn't heard from anyone there for two weeks after leaving messages every other day. When I threatened to come there to get answers, Eric did call me back and informed me that they ""misplaced her ahses"", but that was resolved and her ashes were mailed to be buried next to my grandfather at the war veteran cemetary in Florida. I got confirmation numbers and everything from this guy, that he said the post office issued to him. After tracking those numbers on the computer, I found he lied to me, and never sent her remains at all. After another arduous task of trying to contact *someone* in the office, he returned my call again and informed me that they did, in fact, lose her ashes. 5 weeks after her death I was given delivery confirmation numbers and they said it was her remains.I will forever live with guilt knowing that I do not know if it is really her, or if it is ashes from a random cigar. My heart aches daily. I did sue this funeral home, they NEVER RESPONDED to anything in court to own up to any of it. After two years, we won our case, and still have yet to hear anything. Dont believe me? Docket No: CAM-L-005942-11. Proof. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME, EVEN FOR A LANDMARK TO YOUR FRIENDS. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY DON'T CARE, AND THEY ONLY WANT MONEY. THEY LOST MY GRANDMOTHERS REMAINS.
