This was the first time I ever hired professional movers and I have to say it was worth every penny. My previous experience was quite traumatic but that's what I get for not hiring the pros.
I spoke to the Natalie from Olympus Moving & Storage, and she gave me the rates, which are very competitive. Other moving companies I contacted wanted to charge a deposit, plus an extra fee to pay with a credit card and extra fees to stretch/shrink wrap furniture. With Olympus Moving, you don't get nickel and dime. They give you the price up front with no hidden costs.
On moving day, Olympus Movers gave me a courtesy phone call letting me know they were en route and they arrived 10 minutes early and were ready to go. The movers were professional, polite, and overall had very pleasant and friendly personalities.
As far as their job performance goes, I can't say one bad thing about Olympus Moving & Storage. I have A LOT of stuff and the movers treated everything with care. I couldn't believe how strong these men were. And you would think after hours and hours of moving heavy boxes they'd start slowing down but these guys were like the super heroes of moving! They were actually running back and forth all day long. I was very impressed and pleased from beginning to end. The team I had was Leo, Luis, Anthony, & Josh and I can't thank them enough for making this move such a pleasant experience for me and my husband.
I will most definitely refer Olympus Moving & Storage to all my friends and family.
