All these years I was scared of trying indian food as i heard indian food is extreamly hot ,but one day i and my friend finally tried lunch buffet at India palce Bar and Tandoor in Germantown.To my surprise they had extreamly good food and house was full. Tandoori chicken on the bone makes you remember why the dish is so popular. The flesh, flavorful from its marination in yogurt and spices, emerges from the intense heat of the tandoor moist and delicious. Many Indian restaurants assume Americans don't like hot food, but ""hot"" here means just that. Perhaps the spiciest dish on the menu is the superb lamb vindaloo, spiked with vinegar. Chilli Chicken, in a sauce , green chilies, and herbs, is delicious. Fish Masala is a subtle combination of fish, rich tomato sauce, and spices. I love this restaurant , a must have once a week!!!!
