My wife and 4 friends decided to check out this new restaurant after hearing great things about it. Driving up it looked nice, but nothing like the inside. The inside is old school meets Nuevo; it is something you have to see for yourself. It is very sinatra feeling inside, very warm and inviting but yet you feel like you just walked in to the god father of the mobs mansion. We started off with the owners recommendation of the crab cake and scallops, wow honestly I wanted to order 2 more crab cakes as my dinner, they are as good or better than flying to Maryland, because that is the only place I have had one come close. The scallops were great too, but I'm still thinking about the crab cake and it has been a week since we were there. 4 of us ordered steak, we decided to try 4 different cuts, and the 12 oz filet and the 24 oz bone in rib eye were our favorites. It is so amazing how the 12oz came out. It was a perfect crust on both sides and a perfect center. We were honestly looking at it as if it were art, because we couldn't figure out how the could cook such a thick piece of meat so perfectly, this piece of meat is a must try. Of course the bone in rib eye was more flavorful because of the cut of meat is more fatty, but oh so delicious. The New York was the best I have ever had, but I'm still not a big New York fan. I will stick to the bone in rib eye next time I go back. The owner took care of us all night, he is a very fun guy he really made the night for us. We wish the restaurant well and we will do our part in keeping this gem around. We will be back this week to try some of the seafood entrees. I?m not sure if the owner normally waits on tables or if they were just understaffed, but we will be asking for him next time too. \r

PS. The bar may be the nicest bar in OC and the ladies he has on staff are stunningly beautiful. The bar is a must for a pre dinner drink and an after dinner drink, very fun upbeat vibe.
Pros: Best steak you will find in OC
Cons: Its in Orange, this place belongs in Newport Beach, NY or Vegas
