Last week I phoned five tree service companies in Austin. One never got back in touch with me about coming out to my house to give me an estimate. Three others made appointments, but none of them showed up nor gave me a call of apology or to set up another time to give me an estimate.
I'm a fair guy. I know that the workday can be busy especially when the unexpected happens. I would have gladly rescheduled if any of them had called back.
Bob of Goodguys Tree Services did the basics. He gave me a free estimate that was fair. Then he and his workers showed up on time Tuesday morning. They got the job done taking care of all the details down to the raking of small twigs on the front yard.
Based on my experience, I recommend Goodguys Tree Services.
