Review content:
We called to have our grill unit on top of our Jenn Air dual-fueled stove exchanged for the double gas eyes: we had all the parts. While the serviceman seemed very knowledgeable, the price of $200.00 + dollars seemed a little high. Then, in two or three days when I tried to manually punch in the temperature of the dish I was cooking, the majority of the buttons that heat the electric oven would not work. The only setting that would work was the 325 degrees. I explained this to the company, and they sent a serviceman back to the house. He explained that the complete panel had to be replaced at a cost of $400.00 + dollars. I simply do not have that kind of money now.
My husband and I are retired, and spending $600.00 on our oven in one week is something that we can't handle financially afford. The oven was working before we had the kit inserted, and I
guess I should not have had the eyes put in the stove top.
