Review content:
This rating is just for the grooming services. I know nothing about boarding or day care at this facility. But....DO NOT get your dog groomed here! They seem to hire inexperienced dog groomers and label them ""master groomers"". I have a border collie mix who is obviously a collie. Either none of my request for his grooming was relayed to the groomer or the groomer chose to ignore them or was just to high or hung-over to follow any of the requests. This groomer ""Will"" gave my border collie a typical Spaniel cut...""skirt"" and all. Both the groomer and the owner stated they thought I might want the breed specific cut (which I clearly never stated that I wanted). Just to be clear....there is NO breed specific cut for a collie, other than to not cut their coat. They obviously have no idea about which cut goes with which breed of dog and cannot follow simple directions of ""complete shave except tail"". The previous groomer was not that good either, but he left the business when he was just becoming good at grooming! I won't be going back there and neither should you, if you don't want you're dog coming back to you with bald patches and cuts...
But I will say, that the kennel staff are very nice and the owner is as well, even though after 3 years of getting my dog groomed there, the owner had no idea we'd been there before....even though the records were in their computer system.
