Review content:
I purchased a preowned Mercedes at Parks Chevy last week. I am rating this as below avg for the following reason. I made an offer and put down a 2500 deposit prior to my visit. When we arrived the sales person did not take the time to explain me the details of the car, anyone can say ""this is a nice car"" blah. A 10 min research by the sales person would have been appreciate it. Next, the Mercedes takes 15 gallons of gas for a full tank and to my surprise the dealer only gave me 10 gallons of gas! I asked the sales person where is the other 4-5 gallon? His reply was they don't fill full tank EVEN when the customer purchase a brand new car like a Chevy silverado for example. That is BS in the back of my mind!! Lastly I had to check to be sure I had everything since I'm 4.5 hrs from dealership. The salesperson forgot my second key! Luckily before I left the dealership, I have a checklist of the things I would need.
The car I purchased was a limited production Mercedes c63 AMG and if I was looking for something Chevy like a corvette in the future, I think I'll go elsewhere and drive home with 100% full tank peace of mind! Marvin
